BNB Tobacco is hands down one of the worst online retailers I’ve dealt with. I placed an order on December 16. It wasn’t shipped until December 31 — over two weeks later. That alone is unacceptable. What makes it worse is the complete lack of communication. I reached out multiple times and was ignored. When I finally did get a response, I was lied to. They claimed the order had shipped on the 16th. It absolutely did not. The shipping information proved that was false. Instead of owning the delay, they chose dishonesty. Looking at their Google reviews now, this behavior is clearly a pattern, not a one-off mistake. Delays, no responses, and excuses seem to be their standard operating procedure. If you value your time, money, or basic honesty, do not order from BNB Tobacco. There are far better retailers out there who actually ship when they say they will and don’t mislead their customers.

Good price and good tobacco. My bulk Lane bag did come unsealed and some of the tobacco spilled out into the box, but it was all there. Not enough to complain about, but I think the bag should have been larger because it was a tight fit. Overall very good.

As a smoker of other legal plants in Virginia, I am very picky about tasting the paper in any rolling papers or tubes. These tubes, one tastes only the tobacco and not the paper. I would call them top tier premium, construction and materials. Yet they are priced roughly the same or less than tubes I would consider much inferior. Try em if you haven't and if you are new, just go straight to these and save yourself some grief.
