Great service, shipped on time and order was confirmed by email for the correct part number.

Parts arrived on time and order went smoothly

Insanely great price on an OEM part! Reasonable and fast shipping! More than satisfied customer !

Received my order fast Thx

Its not the best, it shows the dirt and white on the mat. I thought maybe bmw brand has better quality but no.

I first had difficulties with the website. I tried using three different browsers, and had to try to run the payment for my order six different times, using a couple of different methods. Then, once I completed the order, it arrived a week later than bmwpartswarehouse said it would.

5 star

Great price, fast shipping

Awesome experience with my online purchase, and local pick-up to help save on the shipping costs. I plan to order again soon.

Replacement of factory part. Was a perfect match. Fast shipping and great pricing. Will use this seller again!

Very good staff and great team

Perfect fit, great shipping, no complaints. I put my VIN number in and parts were validated.

Excellent

I had a good experience.

I use this store for BMW parts all the time. Cannot beat their prices and service. On some items it’s 3x (!) lower than at a local BMW dealer. They usually ship in 2-3 days. Great packaging.

I am very grateful for your dedicated advice and for helping me find the correct size of the two front brake discs with the correct VIN number for my 2017 BMW 530xi. I installed them and the brakes work very smoothly with absolutely no vibration. I am very satisfied and will buy car parts from your store again next time.

Excellent customer. Quick delivery. Would use this company again

Factory parts at a great price, couldn’t as for more! I placed the order on-line and requested for local pick up. The staff at the counter have been very helpful and friendly. Great service.

They had some of the best pricing on BMW parts that I have seen, and were able to get items that were unavailable from other vendors. Customer service was good and they helped correct a part number issue before my order was fully placed. Shipping was fast also! Overall a very good experience!

Fast delivery and great customer service!
