I am very grateful for your dedicated advice and for helping me find the correct size of the two front brake discs with the correct VIN number for my 2017 BMW 530xi. Received OEM parts exactly as expected. Why local dealers can't/won't do this is beyond me but glad to have BMW Parts Warehouse as an option.

5-14-26: Order Placed 5-18-26: I realized my mistake, and send via website to cancel order using online system. 5-19-26: I receive notice that Order already sent. "PLEASE LET US KNOW VIA THE WEBSITE OR WITH A PHONE CALL WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PART. " 5-20-26: Received Order, and notified you via your website. 5-21-26: I called and told that I would be charged restocking fee and be sent an RMA. 5-22-26: I received nothing. I called in the afternoon and was told that the issue was in process. I then noted that I would request a Stop Payment for the credit card company that I used for transaction. 5-22-26: Finally received an RMA. 5-27-26: Received notice that my Order was being "Processed" and I would be charged restocking fee, shipping costs.

Item ordered; states mailing label was made 2. 5 weeks ago. Nothing being shipped. No timely response to my emails to understand way. Still not resolved.

I put in the search column that I wanted a BMW symbol for the front driver's side of my BMW Z-4. They sent me to a sight that lead me to believe I was ordering this round tag but in fact mailed me a license plate cover. Charged me for shipping and then I had to pay for the shipping to return it! NEVER AGAIN!
