Great customer service. I don't like the return policy on the restocking fee. A $50 buy and I end up getting $22 back. Maybe a recommendation for better pictures. My cargo net ended up being a very small net the size of my hand. But I will say the company is amazing w/ communication and email and I got a return label to send item back. I will buy from the again but wish I didn't have to eat so much of the shipping fees in the future.

I ordered a part per dealer part number, it was a wrong part number as per the picture. I returned the part have to pay shipping charges both ways and they deducted for re stocking fees

BMW Parts Warehouse shipped my parts quickly, and were very responsive when I needed to return one part. Their price for the one part I used was almost $800 less than quoted by my dealer, for the same BMW part. I highly recommend the company.
