You saved me $200 after getting a quote from my dealership

I got the part I purchased. The only complaint is that it took a while to get here. I would use them again for future needs.

Exact parts needed

Purchasing was good and easy. Shows compatibility for car models. However, delivery time took longer than I expected.

3 weeks to ship and no answer when I made an inquiry. Ended up buying from a third party.

No communication, item arrived late despite paying for faster shipping. If an item is not in stock and available to ship it should be clear. Do not plan to buy from here again.

I ordered parts and Included the VIN number, and was prompted that the parts were a correct fit. A few days later I receive an email from a person saying the parts were not a correct and they changed them. I sent several emails and tried calling and texting and emailing to discuss this issue and it has been 3 weeks so far they still have not replied to me, via text, phone call, or email. I also entered the current promo code from the parts website headings at the time which was not accepted, and that was not acknowledged by my communication either. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and lack of service.

I made an order on December 5 and still have not recived it yet. I called customer service 2 times already and no one can provide any answers. The last time I called the rep told me that they have to look for the package because it has not been picked up by UPS. Not sure where ro go from here l. They told me call back.
