exactly what I needed. Always by OEM from the Manufacture. I accidently bought one from a picture on Parts Geek. Turned out the picture and the item were not the same nor OEM and at 30% more then BMW. Trying to return it was impossible and I've learned a lesson. Never buy from Parts Geek

Placed order on august 18 2025, received confirm and charged $343. 16. Received shipping confirmation on 08/23/2025. UPS confirmation received stating 09/03/2025… new UPS rescheduled delivery for 09/09/2025. 09/05/2025 UPS rescheduled for 09/06/2025 between 2 &6 pm. It is now 7:41 pm and no delivery. All to go a whole whole 160 mile from Fife Wa to West Linn Oregon. new UPS delivery rescheduled for 09/06/2025. 160 miles. If not received by 09/09/2025 will dispute through credit card company. Shipping should of been less than 1 week!

Ordered the wrong part, tried return it and was declined. I accidentally selected the wrong item and did not need it.

When I ordered the parts, the delivery date was Aug 22-23. But the order status was showing "in process" even past the delivery date. Then it was suddenly delivered on 28th.

Expensive. But what can you do?

Quick and easy way to get missing parts for my Z3

I ordered a rear reflector for my 5 series which was not compatible and I provided my VIN to "make sure it fit". However, when I called to ask if there could have been a mistake, I was told that was the only part available to fit my vehicle. And returning the part for a refund still costs me another $15.

Overall, the experience was just ok. the pricing was great and the website is very useful to find the correct parts needing to be ordered. Once the order was placed, the communication about the eta and the actual parts being shipped on each order was not great. and we ended up with several parts that were never shipped and had to purchase elswhere. not a bit deal, but would have been much happier to know about that sooner to plan accordingly.

It would be great if you could have the real picture of the parts, that would clear up any confusion for customers who are not mechanics. Thank you so very much.

Paid over $50 for overnight shipping only to get it a week later. It said in stock on the website but still took over a week to receive the part so why did I pay over $50 for overnight shipping when I still had to wait a week? Also recieved the part with a year in the hose, looks to be from something sharp, but I no longer want to deal with scammers.
