I started taking semaglutide 4 weeks ago. My communication with the Doctors has been outstanding to alleviate any of my concerns. I only experienced mild nausea after the first shot. Immediately after taking the shot I started eating less, and I always felt satiated. I have also decreased my alcohol intake significantly over the last 4 weeks. So far, I have lost a few pounds, and I believe I am headed in the right direction.

I have done quite a few weight loss programs and this has been by far the easiest. From the first interaction to the first injection every aspect has been handled smoothly and professionally. Registered for the program and received a call from the BMI Doctors team within two hours with a lab order for bloodwork that can be done at any Quest lab, cost included in the program. The follow up by Natty on the BMI team was diligent, she reached out to me numerous times to follow up on the bloodwork so the telemedicine appointment could be scheduled with the doctor. The doctor called me within 24 hours and was thorough in speaking about the medication and recommended diet. Upon completion of the telemedicine appointment, I received a shipping notification for the 3 month supply of medication which was sent via next-day air. Such an easy process and great customer service! Excited to see results.

I was referred to BMI Doctors by a friend. From the very first interaction, I was pleasantly surprised. The online questionnaire was brief enough to "not be" intimidating, but robust enough to allow me provide my full medical history. I was almost immediately sent the bloodwork order. Once I completed my bloodwork, I was called (within 2 days) by a Physician to review my results and discuss eligibility. The Physician was thorough, knowledgeable, and was patient enough to allow me to ask all of my questions. She also discussed the need for me to alter my habits for sustained losses. She even gave me her personal number - should I have any questions! Unheard of! I was considered an excellent candidate, and the Physician approved me for the program in the first call. Within 5 days, the product arrived at my doorstep. The shipment had been delayed by the mail carrier (some sort of airplane issue), but the medication was perfectly packed in cool packs... so it was still "refrigerator" cold when I got it. Now... the rest is up to me. Getting ready to get down to my "fightin weight" very soon. All-in-all... an excellent experience. I would repeat, and would highly recommend!!!
