Arrived safely

The product is excellent, very high quality wood. You can tell it’s good as it’s heavy. The instructions are clear and all set up ready for you. You would have to be an absolute simpleton to not understand how to assemble it. Shipping was good

Great communication and well built sustainable products.

Kept updated which was good. I now have a good looking compost that would look very nice in any setting. Worth waiting for.

Extremely happy with both the Bike store and the customer service provided by Bluum. They were responsive, friendly, accommodating of changes and custom requirements and ultimately delivered a high quality produce in quick time. I would highly recommend.

Very happy with the bike shelter, the roof has brightened up an awkward corner and the delivery was fast.

A real pleasure to deal with such a helpful company. The product suits my needs and easy to assemble. My only change would be to request specific descriptive instruction and ask if a matching plinth might follow. Using a plinth increases the available content.

Fab bin store!

Parcel arrived promptly as yet not used

Ordering was simple, timing of delivery was good, quality and aesthetics very satisfying.

Hat off to Dave! I was incredibly pleased with everything. The log store arrived in 6 easy to assemble parts, with clear instructions - I’d anticipated having to do far more work. Even included the right size hex bit for the screws. The quality of the wood is great. Build feels very solid and well put together. Coated it with a neutral outdoor furniture oil before assembling, which really brought out the grain. Delivery company used were great at communicating and agreed a timed slot in advance.

I have done a lot of research into buying a living wall and this looked the best out there. I was not disappointed, it is really well made and an added bonus is the water fill level feature which lets you know when the reservoirs on all levels need filling. I can't wait to get it fitted and planted up. Thank you.

Really pleased with the product. Well designed, good materials, amazing instructions. Came with pre-drilled holes with all screw fittings provided. Even provided the screw driver bit to use with the supplied screws. Very easy to assemble. Looks fantastic at front of the house. Will be planting sedum in the green roof section to finish off. Its good to be able to support small businesses that provide amazing products and service.

Really good personal service. They got back to me quickly when I had questions and I was very satisfied with the product which has been well made.
