A real pleasure to deal with such a helpful company. The product suits my needs and easy to assemble. My only change would be to request specific descriptive instruction and ask if a matching plinth might follow. Using a plinth increases the available content.

Hat off to Dave! I was incredibly pleased with everything. The log store arrived in 6 easy to assemble parts, with clear instructions - I’d anticipated having to do far more work. Even included the right size hex bit for the screws. The quality of the wood is great. Build feels very solid and well put together. Coated it with a neutral outdoor furniture oil before assembling, which really brought out the grain. Delivery company used were great at communicating and agreed a timed slot in advance.

I have done a lot of research into buying a living wall and this looked the best out there. I was not disappointed, it is really well made and an added bonus is the water fill level feature which lets you know when the reservoirs on all levels need filling. I can't wait to get it fitted and planted up. Thank you.

Really pleased with the product. Well designed, good materials, amazing instructions. Came with pre-drilled holes with all screw fittings provided. Even provided the screw driver bit to use with the supplied screws. Very easy to assemble. Looks fantastic at front of the house. Will be planting sedum in the green roof section to finish off. Its good to be able to support small businesses that provide amazing products and service.

I absolutely love my recycling station , it just looks the best now I've planted it up with herbs and alpines. Very well made and very easy instructions to put it together. We bought castors for ours so we can easy adjust its position which may be an option that Bluum could offer too. My friends are very envious.

Fast friendly service & a great product

This is a really well made bin store. When you screw it together you can feel it's made of quality material. Having most screws already in place speeds up assembly and definitely use the supplied Torx head as the strength of the wood requires it. I highly recommend including at least the base. The customer service was beyond expectation and I can't rat Bluum enough.
