Very good service.

We recently collected our slate hearth, we were extremely pleased with the quality of the product. During collection we met with Brian, he was amazing with us, really friendly and happy to help where he could. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service.

Great service throughout and perfect product recommend to all

Initially, I was a little apprehensive about sourcing & ordering a Slate Hearth for my wood burner fire on line! I need not have worried with Blueskystone, the process from initial ordering to delivery was brilliant, having been kept up to date regularly during all processes of the order. Delivery was received via pallet within the 3-5 days stated & the packaging was over & beyond my expectations, with it being well protected from the weather elements also. I must mention the delivery driver also: after lowering the pallet via tailgate lift he positioned it, via hand pallet truck, exactly where it was required. Overall: a great experience & would not hesitate to use Blueskystone again, if required.

Great service from ordering to assisting loading my car👍

Had just what we were looking for and at a good price. Communication was excellent and customer service second to none.

Great service and efficient delivery. Very good communication throughout

Great quality stones (I bought 20mm slate to build a log burner hearth), and genuinely helpful people. Very fast shipment, well packaged so it arrived intact. Honest prices to top it all off. Highly recommended!

good quality

good to deal with.

This is the first time I've dealt with Bluesky. The whole experience from ordering to delivery was spot on. The Customer does matter. Communication was great and very prompt at all stages. The delivery driver was polite and careful when placing the delivery on our drive. I would definitely recommend everyone involved.

Quality stone at a competitive price. They stock large quantities so you can buy straight from the warehouse and in the quantities you need. Have used several times for different projects . Would happily recommend

I am very happy, the hearth arrived promtly, very well packaged and is in place looking good. Thank you

The order was ready and waiting at the appointment time and the staff member present was extremely helpful and friendly. Only a small order but good quality tiles and slabs.
