I found your material and presentation very well done. The exam at the end was way too long. 50 questions instead of 100 would have been sufficient for module 3. I however like the open book exam at the end. Every provider should be doing that. I believe you have gone above and beyond other CPD providers as they just take your money and don't test you at the end. It could be anyone at the end of the computer which makes no sense to me. BC housing have to take a long hard look on how these CPD points are allocated. Doing your module was around 9 -11 hours with the exam. The other providers, the same course took 2 hours. Unfortunately, unless the system changes, you will lose a ton of money to the provider that has no exam at the end and the course can be done in 2 hours compared to 9+. I appreciate the hard work you have put into the module. I do however recommend you compare your module to your competitors and you will see the differences. I was happy to the module and believe yours is so much better than your competitors. Good luck!
