I purchased this as a gift and I was very upset that this piece arrived hung on a small card with thread and inside a waxed paper envelope. I am supposed to present that as a gift? It is a real gold item of a little value and it was presented no differently from something you pick up at shoppers drug mart. I went through my personal jewellery collection to replace the packaging and into something more in line with the price of the product.

Great service in Westboro. The only thing is I had to get the ring resized to an 8, which I had asked for and was supposedly given, only to realize it was an 8. 25 when I brought it in to a place to get resized for 50$. So that was an extra expense I wasn't expecting.
