Excellent customer service that was beyond typical service with compassion and respectful. The ring is gorgeous and hugs your finger comfortably. The stone is a real beauty.

I was torn between 3 different rings, so I contacted customer service who was quick to help. Shira sent me photos and a video of each ring in my size, which helped me make my decision. The ring was shipped quickly, the packaging was lovely, and she wrote us a personal note as well, which we thought was such a thoughtful addition.
