Really happy with my purchase! I spent weeks / months looking at rings on and off and never saw one I liked. I randomly stumbled across Bloomsbury Manor and saw one I really liked so I emailed and after a very prompt back and forth decided to go for it. As i’d never bought jewellery before I took the ring to get appraised upon receipt where the local jeweller (without knowing what the ring was listed as) confirmed its colour / clarity / diamond size, etc. So the ring was exactly as advertised. From my first phone call the team at Bloomsbury Manor were brilliant, a few days befor collecting my ring which had been resized I received a call from Andrew to inform me there had been a slight problem. Bought a bracelet for my wife and the quality of it was exactly as described in the online ad. I had hesitation of the size but the Bloomsbury team assured me I could than it home to Stockholm and if test it and if not optimal I was promised a refund.
