I was looking everywhere for a sold out Tiffany Paloma Picasso necklace for my partner's birthday. I contacted Bloomsbury Manor over a vintage necklace they’d displayed on Etsy and their own website. While I loved the necklace, it needed modification for me to go forward with the purchase. They did an outstanding job on communicating, updating, and accommodating the modification. The necklace is stunning, and the modification was done in such a way as to make the addition indistinguishable from the original work. I can’t recommend their quality or professionalism enough. I would be more than happy to do business with them again.

I have purchased a diamond ring which was quite an expensive goods. When I contact dealer through eBay I was a bit concerned about the trade because it was over 20k in value. Very nervous buying a ring without trying it on, from another country/continent and during Covid! Merixell could not have been more helpful. She Zoom called me, answered my many questions and was ever so patient with me when a billing issue with PayPal arose! I LOVE my ring.
