The ficus is lovely and looks very authentic. However the buying experience was let down by poor communication. In fact I had to keep checking I had actually ordered and not just dreamt about it. If something isn’t in stock at the point of order, that should be clearly outlined, followed by at least weekly email updates.

I have had lots of flowers and plants from Blooming Artificial and these palms were a great addition to my garden. Informative instructions for getting them looking great after unpacking. Speedy delivery. Highly recommend.
