I love the product, the thing is if you are outside UK there is a problem to buy the products because of the customs clearance and you don´t receive them. BUt the company give you the money back (not the shipping ones, obviously)

It took a few weeks
It took a few weeks due to warehouse issues (why the 4 stars). The support was on top of the situation and good to get it sorted. :) Props to the support team.

My package was never delivered
My package was never delivered to my actual address, and the delivery photo showed the wrong address, and they didn’t even offer to resend it or refund me. I’ve bought from them before and lost 40 pounds to their brand! Ms Graham didn't even bother to read my email and said they hope my future purchases from them reach me... pls.

Every time I've wanted to order and I've paid because I've never been delivered, I've asked for a refund again because my last order was charged again but I never received it, what a shame!

When I read a rave
When I read a rave review of Tubing Mascara I wasn’t convinced. Mascara is mascara, I thought. It clogs and it always smudges, that’s why I don’t often use it. But the reviewer was a person who has given good steers before so I decided to give it a go. And it is true! It really stays on and yet it’s easy to wash off. And a huge bonus, I can also use it to make my sparse and grey eyebrows reappear.

Zero stars. Worst service ever.
Zero stars. Worst service ever. I still have not received my order (+2 weeks). Have written Blinc UK three times now - and still no reply. Order (#7721) is stuck in customs and Blinc is doing zero. This is immensely disappointing.
