The liver cleanse has CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!!!! And it happened within just days of taking it. I'm a 46 (almost 47) year old woman and I'm in pretty good shape. Fitness and nutrition have been a big part of my life ever since I was a teenager. With age, comes wear-and-tear and normal age related degeneration of the body.
