I’ve had issues with broken boxes and leaks twice now. I’ve emailed customer services but never get a response.

Thank you guys for the effort, you make the bleach process more safe and fun! It would be great to just fix some package issues and maybe use less firm plastic for color bottles (so you could put the product out of it easier).

My go-to brand. Good price, doesn't destroy your hair, and smells great too. The dye itself never fails to disappoint, always such a bright deep colour and it lasts for ages.
