Great Product and Customer Service. I had a few questions about some billing concerns and the blazepod team got back to me the same day and resolved the issue. I've used the product and my father has used them for PT for help with a neuro issue and they've been amazing for him and myself.

Not left warehouse and terrible customer service
Ordered on the 2nd December with delivery 2-3 days. But order has still not left the warehouse and Customer Service is non existent. The responses almost sound automated as they don't respond to the content of your email. I doubt this will arrive in time now. Avoid! Regret purchasing now.

Exceptional Customer Service
My blazepod package went missing, and the folks at blazepod were very quick to investigate the situation. They were understanding and sent a replacement for the pods I ordered. The speed at which they responded and took care of my concern was beyond expectations - I highly recommend them in their customer service!

Disappointing customer service
I placed an order (our 2nd) for our school as the kids love them but our old ones we bought during lockdown were on the way out and not all charging - fair enough as we use them with kids! Yes i purchased in the Black Friday sale, and totally understand there would be some kind of postal delay. But to take my money and not even have a dispatch date 8 days later is really not on. They cannot tell me when my order will go out. If they cannot complete big orders then they should not offer big discounts or have more staff to cover the orders. Surely they cannot have sold that many that a week later they still cannot give me a date for my order? I ordered many items during that same weekend and everything else has either arrived or I have had an email saying it has been shipped. I am really disappointed since I have been a supporter of these for nearly 5 years. EDIT: it is now over 2 weeks since I placed my order, they sa this post and created a parcel with DPD but DPD have never received this parcel. All emails are copied and pasted. I have given them time to resend another parcel but all i get is “our logistics team are looking into it” AVOID AVOID AVOID I am now going to trading standards as they are still advertising their Christmas deals with no hope of every getting these items out.

Freakin' fast response with document I needed
As a sport club I need an invoice of bought equipment for bookkeeping purposes. I sent my request to Support team and got the response with the doc really fast. Within 10 minutes! :)

Very very responsive even late on a. . .
Very very responsive even late on a Friday night. Helpful but only challenge was that it was quite a long process for validating a relatively small fault. Elsewise done fast and efficiently.

The Blaze Pod team responded. . .
The Blaze Pod team responded immediately when 2 of my pods quit working; walked me thru checking them and in the end sent replacements without hesitation

Issue with one on my pods
I had one of my pods not working and I emailed Blazepods customer service and within a few minutes they replied and processed a new one to be sent out. What a great customer support you guys have.

The custom support were absolutely great helping my clinic with some technical difficulties that we were were having with one of our pods. The response times were very quick, and they ended up replacing our defective pod and made that an easy process. My one complaint, and it's very minor, was that I felt that some of the questions were a little repetitive and I had answered the same question multiple times. In fairness, I could have been more clear from the get go. The pods themseleves are amazing, we use them all the time in our PT clinic. We love them and so do our patients!
