I received all but two shirts reached out to customer service ( they only use email as the messaging on their site does not work) took a few days to get my replacement sent to me. Shipping was fast but they do not keep track of the orders being fulfilled and shipped it seemed like

It was large order. Most of my items arrived as expected, however a few of my shirts are missing and I received a few random colors. Also, the items are significantly smaller than I remember. A 2XL looks like a Medium. I’m an inclusive brand so this is disappointing and I have no idea how to disclose this to my customers. Otherwise I think a lot of these items have great quality - soft and cute.
