I ordered a holster and accidentally shipped it to the wrong address. 100% my fault. I called customer service and got Dylan (I hope that’s how you spell her name). Dylan looked out for my order regularly and even shipped me a new holster to the correct address before receiving the old one back. Because of Dylan, I will not only be a customer for life but will highly recommend this company to all of my friends. Shipped either same or next day. Had some trouble with the delivery date but I blame the carrier over Blade-Tech.

Bladetech has bee reasonably great so far, but more work needs to go into R&D with real world use testing
