I certainly own a dozen holsters, but all of them have “simple” retention (i. e. , retention by pressure from the holster). Over time, however, I have found that in certain situations, a holster with a retention force of 1 (i. e. , a mechanical system that holds/locks the weapon in the holster) would be advantageous. After extensive research, YouTube videos, blogs, and shooter reviews, I ordered a Valor holster. I placed my order from Switzerland and it only took five days for the holster to be delivered. Of course, I unpacked it immediately so I could try it out with my Glock. I must say that the packaging is excellent and it even comes with instructions in case you want to modify the holster in the future. My Glock (19X SD Gen5, Red Dot Cyelee SRS8, Olight PL-Mini Walkyrie 2, FNT & RR sight suppressor height) fits perfectly and doesn't move an inch; the holster is like a second skin. I can't wait to try it out at the shooting range. In any case, well done to the Bladetech team. I think the Valor is the best holster currently available on the market.
