Great service and fast shipping was spot on. My only complaint was I was shopping for my wife and there was no filter for woman’s footwear. This took more of my time and was confusing. I was also shopping possible new boots for her but again having to go thru all boots to find the few women was tedious

Picked up a pair of Crispi Lapponia Lite boots. The service and updates by you were timely and keep me aware of the status of my order. . . That being said a little disappointed in the boots. Based on the flex number I didn't expect a "break in period". . Still wearing them hoping the fit/feel improves. . . . .
