Delivered bottle has crack in it, leaking its contents

Just brewed my first batch of Chaga tea. Haven't yet noticed much in terms of clarity, energy, etc. but loved the taste.

I’ve been using Chaga tea to drink. Cook with. Brew my coffee. For a few years now. 6? I serve these things to friends & helpers. I constantly hear replies like … this is the best coffee I have ever tasted. I can’t even stand when I run out of Black Magic. Giving someone a shot of that is like pure joy… & then there’s the soap. Cleaner then clean. I feel like the luckiest girl ever. This is truly a company that loves our planet. Creates in gratitude & vibration of the highest standard. & keeps the standards pure & growing. I'm very happy with my purchase of the Chaga elixir! I feel healthier! I wish it came with a dropper though.

Lovely product, but terrible customer service. I ordered two bottles of the Elixir nearly three weeks ago and I have still yet to receive them. My numerous emails have gone unanswered. Please get your act together, and either get the products I ordered to me asap or process me a refund.

Amazing magical and delicious. I love Black Magic Alchemy Elixir. I put it in plain water, sparkling water, coffee, kombucha, smoothies, tea... just about anything is better with Black Magic Elixir.

Love love love the product an I would give 10 stars. However, there shipping is horrible. I have placed 3 orders. The first took 3 weeks to be placed in shipping. Second order got within two weeks of ordering. Still waiting on third order I placed 2 weeks ago. Have noticed improvement in some skin conditions I have had problems with.

I did Chaga elixir for one month & it is so powerful, you really feel the difference, you’re much more present & engaged, paying more attention to what’s going on, coming up with amazing ideas & solutions, free associating being more funny, etc it’s so amazing I will definitely be buying more to drink it daily, is like the limitless pill from the movie but super healthy & it improves your inmune system, I love it! I'm pleasantly surprised with this product. While I don't get much of the root beer taste, the earthy sweetness is very good. I love adding it unflavored soda water. The calm feeling I have afterward, without being tired is also great!

I just started drinking Black Magic for about a month now & I'm already feeling more productive and skin is starting to have that glow ♥️ will definitely continue to add to my daily wellness routine

This stuff tastes great. The tea is incredibly calming and I was surprised that it made my skin brighter. The effects on the immune system are well known but it’s worth remembering how healthy chaga is as well. I was especially happy with the love and care that goes into to harvesting the chaga. Black magic harvests it’s chaga sustainably and the chunks you get for the tea all have the black crust still on it (the healthiest part). Most of the other companies I’ve checked offer very little of the crust in their tea chunks. Thanks Shane! Just convinced my dad to get some too :)
