The postal strike was not Black Magic Alchemys (BMA) fault, but their response to it is. I contacted BMA when my parcel arrived exploded, they asked for pictures which were shortly emailed back. The email did not indicate that it could not be responded to, no bounce back message, no note within the email, nothing. I was kind enough to give them grace, it was the holidays and I imagined that BMA was dealing with issues similar to mine as well as getting holiday orders out. Shortly after the holidays I left the country for humanitarian aid work in a remote region without service. . . apparently I was supposed to use the very small and occasionally available internet access that I had while overseas to chase BMA down. When I was finally back in country, I reached out to follow-up because I still hadn't received my replacement product. This garnered an extremely rude response from Shane. When I pointed out that this type of interaction was making me uncomfortable, all the blame was turned on me. BMA refused to honor my order as they had promised and then ripped me off additional money for shipping.

My husband and I have been drinking the chaga elixir for over a year now and we absolutely love it! Our skin is better, our hair is shinier, our eyes are brighter, our minds our sharper, our sleep is better and best of all, our pineal glands are activated! We feel the changes and they are magical! We think it has something to do with the last ingredient - magic! We feel amazing and we owe a lot of that to the amazing powers of mushrooms and the wizards at Black Magic Alchemy. Thank you, guys! Fantastic product. Provides mental clarity like nothing else I've tried (and I've tried it all).

It's hard to find good mushroom concentrates since they became popular here and there are now so many powders and drinks. There are only four products or so here, with this business, available in different sizes, but it's quality production. The price is well worth it. The wait is a little longer than stuff from big corporations, but everything shipped came safely packaged with the usual tracking software. I'm very happy to support a business making sustainably good products. Thank you.

Good flavor in the Rootbeer Elixir

I have tried this before, but it detoxed me to fast. Now that I am healthier, this elixir is my new favorite. I only use 1/2 tsp, and I feel that this elixir is giving me much needed minerals and vitamins!

The elixir is an essential part to my mourning routine. Black Magic Alchemy is a great company to deal with.

I am usually hesitant to write reviews but in this case it’s warranted. I have been critically observing small improvements in cognitive response after only a week. I will reorder the Chaga elixir for sure.

I love the Wild Change Elixir, and the special Green Magic version is phenomenal! I only wish that the order fulfillment process were faster. Although I love the product, I always hesitate to order because I know that it will be a couple weeks before the product will ship.

I really adore the Chaga root beer elixer. I feel the energy and it's so pure and powerful. I can't pinpoint exact results but I feel great when I have it and since I started using it many months ago my skin has been consistently brighter and blemish-free :) Love it! It tastes great too. I like combining it with sparkling water and sometimes mint or cherry juice. It combines well with many flavors or stands up on its own :)
