I love Bits and Pieces puzzle! I received my new catalog and ordered puzzles for a total of $79. 96. Although I received free shipping, I was hoping to get my free puzzle and typed the catalog code: 9944500 and did not get the chance to choose a free puzzle! Disappointed!

love the puzzles, but when ordering on line I wasn't given the option of their free shipping offer so I eliminated a puzzle to pay for the shipping.

Bits & Pieces has the best selection, and the most interesting puzzles. They constantly add new puzzles that are delightful. The best part is the puzzle pieces are random and that adds to the fun of puzzling together as a family!

Slightly disturbed by the checkout process. No chance to add a message and very poor information on which credit card would be used.

Bits and Pieces puzzles are high quality, and the random cut pieces make them the most fun. My go-to online retailer.

Nice catalog

Looking for some new puzzles(seems like a popular thing at a senior building. Found a couple I liked and ordered them.

Ordered 5 puzzles. In your catalog, there was an offer on the back cover stating that, by entering a certain code, I would receive a free puzzle of my choosing. At checkout, the code (43663) was refused. Deceptive advertising???

So many to choose from and so easy to sort.

I think if you offer a free puzzle we meet the criteria of buying enough other puzzles, I should be able to pick which free puzzle I want.

My mom ordered puzzles from Bits and Pieces for years. We would sit down once a week have dinner and do our puzzle. My mom passed away this year. I decided I would carry this tradition with my grandkids. I also donate my puzzles to school, Goodwill, nursey homes and hospital. I do wish Bits and Pieces had a customer reward program.

My shopping experience would have been 5-star-perfect if there had been a way to spend the additional $5. 06 I needed to spend to get free shipping, without buying a whole other $17 puzzle.

Quick and easy

The things i really like about this site are being able to shop by puzzle size, and keep a wishlist that you can revisit when you're ready to purchase. Wonderful puzzles too, of course. Have been doing them for years but this is my first purchase from this site.

I love these puzzles. It is so easy to navigate the site and find the puzzles you are looking for. I love to forward my puzzles to friends and family who also enjoy them. My only issue is the large shipping fee and the amount you have to spend to get free shipping

There were several more puzzle i would have liked to order but getting from my cart back to the selection site was nigh on to impossible. I really wanted the "Garden Shelves" in 309 pieces but it was there and gone before i could order it. I am 87, kicking and screaming my way into the 21st century, perhaps I am the problem!!!
