Thee most amazing service! I do wish I would’ve got a slightly shorter saw, it seems a little flimsy, but it sure is nice and sharp, I think shorter than 13” would be sturdier. It’s still great though.

No complaints! Ordered a few things on sale and they all showed up three days later in great condition. Product info was easy to look up and the website was easy to navigate.

The price was very competitive and when I received the chainsaw it was well-packaged and everything was as I ordered. The saw was in perfect condition and ran perfectly when I got it up and running. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating was that it took a long period of time from when I ordered it, to when it shipped. To Bishop's defense, the lag time was over the Holiday period, but eventually I had to reach out and ask about the status of the order. Other than that, I wouldn't hesitate to order from Bishop again!

Everything went well. The product was great , I made a mistake on my order but it has been solved very fast. Customer support agent lady was very pleasant and kind. I've got order confirmation email messages from Michael and he assured my order was corrected and item has been shipped in timely manners. Such a small details like this make me go back to Bishop .
