My first dress had an issue. The customer service team rushed a new dress immediately. The dress was gorgeous! It was good quality and I felt amazing in it. So happy with my choice to purchase from Birdy Grey.

Extensive Process & Not Great Quality

The tie I ordered was never delivered to my home address even though I paid for the expedited shipping which actually costs more thant he tie itself. What the heck is a Pre-Order? I should be able to just order it and it is sent to me like everyone else does.

I needed to buy a stretch satin dress and prefer A-line cuts. When I selected that filter, none of the dresses were true A-lines—they were all tight through the stomach and hips. When I measured for my size and consulted the chart, it was too small when it arrived. And when I returned to order a size up, it was not clear that it would be a made to order dress that would take one month to get here, even though I paid for express shipping. The whole process was stressful

When we got the suit the pants we ordered were too large. We got our replacement and refund quickly. I would order from Birdy Grey again.

Birds Grey has given me a great experience! The package comes well packaged and my order arrived much sooner than it was supposed to. Their service is amazing and always willing to help out.

I’m only giving 1 star because customer service was actually pleasant and helpful otherwise I would give zero! The dress selection has very little modest styles which is unfortunate… not everyone wants to show their breasts and every inch of skin. The sizing is also way off. I followed the size chart and looked at reviews and all four dresses I ordered were completely off. The shipping, taxes, restocking fees are outrageous as well. Customer service team was helpful which I appreciated immensely but overall I am beyond frustrated with this company and will never purchase from them again.

I had a great experience ordering a bridesmaid dress for my daughter. We had to return the first dress for a smaller size. I needed to reach out to customer service at one point & they made it SO easy and smooth. I will use them again if needed and recommend them to others.
