I am writing this from the standpoint of the mother of the bride. My fiancé is walking my daughter down the aisle. We needed a suit, but everywhere we looked. The prices were so exorbitant. There was no way that we would be able to buy a suit for the wedding. I found Bertie Gray as I was searching on the Internet. We ordered the suit according to my measurements and a local Men’s Wearhouse. The suit pants fit impeccably, but the suit jacket was a little small. I had no trouble returning the suit jacket and ordering a larger size. The suit jacket arrived in plenty of time. The dress that I ordered, even though it was not going to be ready until after the wedding was able to be returned without any problems. I absolutely love this company. If you are looking for something that is a good quality affordable and great customer care this is your company.

Little hard at first but once I got it was a breeze to pick out all the colors. Very quick response from the team and the swatches were sent out and I received them really quickly. Very beautiful colors and what I have seen so far I love the bridesmaids dresses. I would also like to add that out of all the places I have looked at your team has been the best by far. Overall great site, but it would be great if button up shirts were offered in the same swatch colors as the bridesmaid dresses to be inclusive to men or masc people in the bridal party.

Dont have dresses saying in stock when they dont eveb exsit , if you have to make from scratch after an ofder is placed thats fraud and ridiculous and very inconvenient especially considering your a wedding website that should be considerate of how stressful wedding planning already is and now you want to falsify what you have available! Ridiculous

Do not recommend this dress at all. Fabric feels very cheap for the cost of the dress. The chest of the dress was too large, so you needed to use the straps, but the model photos don't show that you can see the metal clasps sticking out at the top of the dress where the straps attach. Find a different dress, or better yet, a different company with nicer fabric.

I had a good suit as a groomsman. The pants were a little tight because I go to the gym, and the wedding was in five days. I reached out to customer service to direct me on the best way to get new pants. I can guarantee you that they took it seriously and acted quickly. They even created a return ticket for the pants that did not fit before I asked and delivered the new ones to me two days before the wedding. Long story short, the experience was great and I felt very well assisted. Also, the suit is beautiful and of good quality. My only recommendation would be a better hanger 😅

We paid the $8 extra to get it sooner just in case we needed to exchange. Some of the bridesmaids are still waiting on their dresses because they didn’t pay that $8. Do wish wedding have to pay that plus the shipping. But it’s okay. Dress fit great. Made great. Wedding is in Dec. We got the dress that can be tied in like ten different ways because she couldn’t decide which style she liked more.

I loved my dress, I just had to do some arrangements to it, but it turned out perfect for me! 😍
