I hate when people write reviews right after they get a product without giving it time. But here I go. First . . . After taking Sugar Shift for a few days. . I noticed the new nagging pain in my right hip was gone. It is amazing how probiotics play a role in easing aliments all over the body. I also am impressed with the blend of probiotics in this product, they cover a lot of health bases. Second, I've had a few questions about the product. I got detailed, well-written answers from their customer service within hours. My confidence in BiotQuest is very high.

The best customer service ever! When I received a message reminding me of a discount I had received, I replied that I had forgotten to apply the code during checkout. I wasn't expecting anything but they graciously applied it and gave me a refund in the amount of the discount. Who dies that in this crazy world. That is kindness!

There Customer Service means they care! Recently, I want to reorder your Sugar Shift Culture product because it helps me make the best yogurt we’ve ever had! However, you were out of stock at the time and I had a discount offer from your emails. However, when I went to buy it, it was out of stock. Harumph! I called customer service and they said that they were improving the product so it didn’t cake as much in the bottle. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the product but Bill from customer service said that when it came in, he would honor the discount. A few weeks later I got a personal email from Bill saying the product was in and I got the previous discount. Now that’s customer service!

Biotiquest shipped the products out promptly and answered my questions and concerns responsibly when I had an issue with the packaging (which has since been addressed). Sugar shift is an amazing product for improved gut health!

My recommendation for BiotiQuest products!

I've been a Biotiquest customer almost since Martha started it. I spend much of my time abroad, and so have special shipping needs. Recently, I was attempting to place an order and the system wasn't performing correctly. Knowing that I am a good long-term customer, Bill went ahead and sent it manually, even though my payment hadn't yet cleared (!) This is, of course, an example of how you gain customers for life.

Excellent customer service. When my order did not arrive in timely manner, they sent a new order promptly.
