I hate when people write reviews right after they get a product without giving it time. But here I go. First . . . After taking Sugar Shift for a few days. . I noticed the new nagging pain in my right hip was gone. It is amazing how probiotics play a role in easing aliments all over the body. I also am impressed with the blend of probiotics in this product, they cover a lot of health bases. Second, I've had a few questions about the product. I got detailed, well-written answers from their customer service within hours. My confidence in BiotQuest is very high.
The best customer service ever! When I received a message reminding me of a discount I had received, I replied that I had forgotten to apply the code during checkout. I wasn't expecting anything but they graciously applied it and gave me a refund in the amount of the discount. Who dies that in this crazy world. That is kindness!

There Customer Service means they care! Recently, I want to reorder your Sugar Shift Culture product because it helps me make the best yogurt we’ve ever had! However, you were out of stock at the time and I had a discount offer from your emails. However, when I went to buy it, it was out of stock. Harumph! I called customer service and they said that they were improving the product so it didn’t cake as much in the bottle. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get the product but Bill from customer service said that when it came in, he would honor the discount. A few weeks later I got a personal email from Bill saying the product was in and I got the previous discount. Now that’s customer service!
Very good I'm just sorry that the sugar shift cultures are sold out.
