I found out about Sugar Shift from Dr. William Davis, as I am following his program. I’ve been making Sugar Shift into a yogurt for myself (I love it!)… but the big story is my hubby. I finally got him to start taking supplements maybe 6 months ago. Then a couple months ago, I begin sneaking Sugar Shift Capsules in there, 2 per day; he did not know. My husband's A1C was slowly inching up and his doctor was talking about the "next step" which I took to mean insulin. He's on metformin, but doesn't always eat right. I have been relying on getting probiotics in yogurt, fermented foods, etc. I thought it would be better to take a supplement daily, rather than "hit and miss". My sugars have not changed appreciably.
