My order was extremely delayed (carrier holiday issues). I contacted BioHealth and they promptly sent a replacement order. Fantastic customer service!

Still haven’t received my order from 11/30. Customer service auto-reply stated they would respond 24-48 hrs, but it was actually 6 days. And the solution is to ship me the order again. Who knows how long that will take. Very unsatisfied with this experience.

Haven't tried my order yet have reached out to customer service twice and haven't received any communication back. Order said was supposed to be delivered on the 7th still haven't received it check tracking and tracking hasn't updated in a few days. . .

So good ! Accidentally ordered wrong flavor and it was so easy to write customer service and them correct it . My new fav protein powders!
