Shipping was fast and seamless. Horchata is an interesting flavor for me that I had never tried or expected from a protein shake. I am currently enjoying it. I would repurchase but a smaller size as there are other flavors from this line that I have personally liked a bit more.

I've found Bio-Health to be a good source of protein. The isolate helps my stomach process things without getting upset. will try more flavors in the future.

More accurately, there has been no customer service. I emailed the company directly and also sent a message through their website, but I have not received a response regarding why my subscription increased by $20. 00 without any prior notice.

I really enjoyed this flavor! I’ve always been a caramel macchiato fan, but this was good too! Mixes well with water and coffee. Don’t mix it to hot coffee, it will clump up and get chunky and it’s not pleasant to drink. Wait for your coffee to cool down and you’re good to go! Will be buying this flavor again!
