Smooth transaction

I paid for express shipping and it took even longer that it normally would for regular shipping. I contacted customer support and they more or less said that they don't do express shipping and left it at that. So I replied back that I paid for the express shipping, was anything going to done about this. So they refunded the $2 extra dollars it cost. I work in customer service and let me tell ya something, I would NOT have handle it the way they did. But the product is amazing, so next order just gonna not pay express shipping and hopefully get it in 2 weeks.
