BioEmblem is not like all the other brands. You can actually notice a difference soon after you ingest it. I have no more muscle twitching and my sleep is so much better. I think it’s a great balance of Malate, glycinate and citrate. Thankfully, a friend recommended it for me because I have severe osteoporosis and it’s been an absolute game changer.
