Fish arrived looking thin, especially the rainbow cichlids. The bags were all leaking so thank god I paid for the overnight shipping. The 2 species of catfish and dwarf flag cichlids were all in bags together (Species bags of 3, 4 and 4) but were the best looking of the bunch. Thank god I quarantined because after a few days these fish had the worst outbreak of ich I've ever seen. I was basically told by the company that they arrived healthy and its my problem now. $400 order and 7 out of 17 dead. Huge waste of time and money. Will NEVER order from again. I order most of my fish online, I am a 10 year fishkeeper and I understand the risks. I have never had such a catastrophic loss on an order.

I expected to receive my fish Thursday but I was happy they arrived Wednesday. The USPS did an awesome job not disturbing the fish inside the package. And I could see the fish were packaged with great concern for their safety. This purchase was a great experience and I am enjoying my very active fish.
