Only giving 3 stars because

Most Envii products seem to work well, however it's entirely frustrating to get used to a product and then find out it's out of stock for long periods of time. It means looking for other products from different manufacturers, and then, if that works, why would I come back to Envii. It's further upsetting when as someone who's dealt with you for a long time, every time I visit the website, I'm reminded that to attract new buyers, they get 10% off their first order, which, I of course, as a loyal longstanding one, don't get. Rather than getting new ones, how about having enough in stock to supply the old ones first!

Pond still not clear after using most of the bottle but I am still preserving to get the pond clear. Tried emailing envil a couple of times but email kept coming back undelivered.
