Shipping is ok. Takes a little longer than usual but I'm sure there are a lot of orders. Once they have shipped they arrive quickly. Shipping cost isn't outrageous but could be a little lower especially when you have a young child with special needs who's feet grow like weeds. Overall I can't say I'm unhappy with Billy and will continue to keep buying their shoes.
