Terrible shoe. For a shoe company, this couldnt have been made worse. I walked through the airport with them for the first time, huge regret. It gave me the deepest sores on top of my foot. It hurts so bad

Extremely narrow. Asked about exchanging for the wide fit that I see on their website and was told they’re not available. Paid a ridiculous amount of shipping and import fees and they wouldn’t do anything to help me out. My first and last purchase for sure.

I get lots of compliments on these boots! the embroidery is so pretty and such great quality. very comfortable too. love the length. still fits great under jeans.

The shoes run big and I needed to exchange for a smaller size. The exchange took over a month and customer service was slow to respond. I do not recommend ordering from here.

This shoe is so classy yet comfortable. The heel is very sturdy and allows you to walk in them for hours. Only reason I gave 4 stars is due to sizing. There are no half sizes and the shoe runs on the smaller side. But overall a beautiful clear heel!
