I contacted Bikmo about a policy inquiry but never heard back about it

I initally had a problem making payment, so I raised this with Bikmo and Jorje went out of his way to get this sorted. After I had paid, there was a discrepancy on my schedule and again, Jorje went the extra mile to sort this out. So far, I've been extremely impressed with the level of customer service

Only been with bikmo a few months but found them easy to deal with and actually feel like a they are. But more personal in their communicTion, so, so far so good.

Excellent product to use, really simple to set up and I really like the idea of having all your bikes / kit in one place incase the worst happens! Great communication too when I need of an answer! Would fully recommend your insurance services to others. Simple, easy, hassle free and safe!

Makes other websites and online services feel dated and difficult to use. Really well thought out concept and a refreshing approach from an insurance company. Finally a company that appreciates their customers!!

I had an enquiry related to aspects of the policy which was precisely answered without the need for follow up emails. Couple this with that fact that it was answered, in person, at 7.10 in the morning I really feel that there is nothing that can be faulted here! A thoroughly deserved 5 stars!

Unfortunately after taking out the policy (easy to do) I had to cancel. I dropped Bikmo an email and got a full refund no problem within about 7 working days. Love the personable communication: returned calls, friendly plain English emails, easy to speak to an advisor. Love what they are offering and the friendly way they are doing it.

I have liked the personal emails and help I've received thank you
