Any time I have a query on my policy they are always very quick to respond and get it resolved.

Recent correspondence with Bikmo regarding the cover of insurance I have was both refreshing in the speed and manner of response as well as the encouraging enthusiasm the responses showed. Not only did I get a quick comprehensive answer to my question, I was informed of ongoing investigation in to a new product which happened to be what I was enquiring about (extreme sport travel cover) I was also suprised to be directed to other companies that provide the cover I wanted and have taken up a policy with one of these. It seems, and this is just my opinion, that Bikmo has a keen cyclist at the head of the company and therefore knows exactly what we, as cyclists, are after!

I was recommended Bikmo from a friend after both of us couldn't find reasonable bike specific coverage for our multipul bikes. I was having to split my bike between my house insurance (not the best coverage) and an other insurance company. By using Bikmo I've covered all my bikes on one policy and saved money in the process. There are some great features of the Bikmo policy which cover my for things like 'bikes in transit' - now I know that my bikes are insured when on the back of my car, traveling to Bike parks or events. The ease of uploading photos to prove purchase seems a much better system than having to dig through years worth of email receipts etc. which is great. This truly seems like a great company and service, but one I hope I never have to use the full.

It's difficult to provide a sensible review of insurance until you have needed to claim. Despite costing more to insure my bikes than my Jaguar XKR I can say that Bikmo offer a good level of cover compared to ther companies I researched and the team were very quick to deal with a technical challenge I encountered whilst making my purchase. I just hope I never need to find out how good they really are in partnership with Hiscox.

setup of policy was extremely simple. I had quite a lot of questions via email around what security I needed and they were all answered incredibly quickly. Very impressed and inspired confidence if I do ever need to claim.
