The delivery part went bad. UPS wanted to charge me delivery/import fees on top of what Big Gator already charged me for delivery. And the amount UPS wanted to charge made no sense. I don't get how they arrived at that number. I felt like they were charging me to release the items I already paid for. I call that extortion. So I had to refuse delivery when they arrived. The online store is fine, but what would make it better is charging the customer the price in the currency of their country. In my case, Canadian dollars. With your current system, at the time I place the order, I don't know exactly how much I will actually pay because the exchange rate will be different when the bank posts the transaction to my credit card a few days later and then converts the currency. The customer service, though, was great. I spoke to Nick on the phone. He was understanding, sympathetic, advised me what to do - refuse the UPS delivery - and initiated a refund, no hassles. I still wanted the product, so I bought them off Amazon. And I have since received the refund, albeit at a different exchange rate. So, overall, Big Gator gets four stars = good. My main problem was with UPS.

Nice gauge to have around, to identify bolt size and thread pitches. Inexpensive enough to have several & have in different spots of the shop. Ordering was easy
