I love co Bigelow so much. I love the free shipping offer over a certain order amount. I love classy designs of the products. I think the sample packs are such a nice touch with orders. They are great size samples more like minis than those cheap little packets. I wish I lived closer so I could visit the store all the time but the online shopping experience is pretty good!

Shipping was rather slow

Shipped and arrived in three days, the quickest I’ve gotten a package that wasn’t in state. Everything was packed super well and they gave me the cutest sample pack of shower toiletries. There was a product error and Bigelow immediately fixed it and was really kinda out it. Definitely made me a long term customer.

Bigelow’s Customer Service has proven their excellence every time I’ve had to use them over the past five years or so
