I ordered 3 packs of birthday hats and unfortunately one pack came in without the strap to hold on the hats. They gave me a refund for one pack of hats but that really did not help me. I had a surprise 80th birthday party and 8 people could not wear hats. A refund did nothing to help the problem and it was very unfortunate that 8 people could not wear hats for the surprise party

I ordered “one is fun banner” with a picture. It is truly adorable! Thank you so much. I had an issue (of my own making) with the timing. And company was so incredibly accommodating. Above expectations.

These were perfect!

The personalized tattoos were great quality and were shipped quickly. It was a lake/pool party and they withstood the whole weekend. This company did a GREAT job, and I will be coming back for other parties. 10/10 would reccommend!
