I've been buying Sodii products for a while now and have noticed a difference in my hydration levels. I'm currently training for a marathon, I take Sodii out with me on my long runs and find it makes a big difference. I particularly like Salty Berry and I love the new Salty Passionfruit. LITERAL lifesaver for a POTSy like me. I have my sodii in the morning and on warm or wobbly days or before exercising I take another one. The mineral balance just seems to hit so much more right than either salt alone (I continue to consume copious amounts of salt as per my cardiologist's advice) or other electrolyte supplements. It has done at *least* as much for me as the meds I'm on, and has honestly taken me from ""surviving . . . . just"" to ""doing pretty well actually (!!!)"" -- I'm able to focus on work more effectively and for longer, with less really bad brainfog days, and I've also been able to gently increase exercise. It's still in conjunction with all of the other management strategies (meds, compression, sitting a lot, rest, seated cardio, lots of salt and water, bed tilted), but sodii makes all the difference! Grapefruit is my personal fave, though I also love citrus.

I’ve tried quite a few electrolytes over the past few months and sodii is BY FAR the best for ingredients, flavour, benefits and customer service/shipping (my sample pack arrived not even 24hrs after ordering!!!). It doesn’t have the intense ‘fake’ stevia taste that a lot of flavoured electrolytes have. My only feedback would be to create a ‘build your own sachet box’ so you can have 30 servings but with multiple flavours. Otherwise, this brand is great and I’ll be recommending it to absolutely everyone.

We had a sodii sample pack on our befierceretreats in Thailand and this was a hydration saviour!!! Just water was not enough with all the sweat and training and sodii was delicious, we had a sample pack and every flavour was delicious - I even mixed some together! And even better that it’s a clean/healthy option for some electrolyte supplements. Will definitely be purchasing a tub when I can pick a flavour!

an absolute game-changer for me over the last six weeks. I opted for the unflavoured version to avoid unnecessary additives and to ensure it could easily mix with any beverage, which it does brilliantly—no clumping or residue left behind. Been feeling really great since starting. Especially having it pre and post sauna.

Received my first order of two tubs (passion fruit and pineapple). One tub was full on opening, but the tide was out in the other. That said, initial impressions: liking the flavours, good balance of sweet and salt!

Woke up with tummy pains/upset stomach :( Will try the product one more time however I think the magnesium product hasn't agreed with me.

Had no idea what to expect, but knew that this would be good for us. I love the flavours, especially with the tangy background saltiness!! Most surprisingly, so did my husband! He love,love,loves the berry one best of all. Top product Sodii

When I first heard about salty drinks like this I was a little skeptical. I was sure I was going to hate the taste. However, being a POTs sufferer I needed something to boost my hydration so I ordered sample packs from a couple of different companies. I'm glad I did because Sodii has been a life saver. I am more hydrated than ever and the taste really isn't that bad once you are used to it. I have a 2 litre bottle with me all day every day and I usually fill it in the morning with cold water and 2 Sodii packets. I will then top it up during the day and add another Sodii packet as I go. I often mix the flavours too which is good for a change. My favourite flavour would have to be Pineapple though. If I could give Sodii 10 stars I would. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to boost hydration for any reason. Funny story; I had left my bottle on the table and my son decided to have a sneaky sip not realising it was Sodii water. The look on his face said it all. Haha. It is quite salty when you are not expecting it.

I used Sodii often however this time I was specifically hydrating for the Chicago marathon. Worked a treat. Started extra Sodii a couple if days prior and then made sure I had a few post marathon for enhance recovery. Ran a marathon PB by 11mins and felt great! My biggest problem is determining my favourite flavour! Highly recommend for everyday life and for marathons 😊

My Physio got me onto Sodii awhile ago and it has been an absolute game changer for me. I work in the Mining industry and I had been looking for a hydration supplement without sugar and useless additives for awhile. Sodii not only helps me stay hydrated at work but it has really taken my training and recovery to another level. The packaging options are convenient and I love the taste.

I've tried a few electrolyte options to help with my sodium and water intake for POTS, ranging from budget to more expensive options. I decided to give Sodii a go after seeing they were made locally in Adelaide and it's safe to say, the salty berry will be my go to! It has a pleasant taste and I don't find it leaves a salty aftertaste like other brands I've tried. 10/10, love.
