Excellent product well build and easy to install. Does the job it was designed to do. Would recommend to anyone.

just installed yesterday. Very easy to do. Have an old Bidet which died. Considering getting a second one for our house.

I love the Biffy! My only complaint would be the absence of a warning that the warm water dispensed by the warmer only lasts about 5 seconds! I thought mine was broken because I couldn't imagine the unit only having a cup or two of warmed water, but after calling the company, they assured me that is all I could expect. I love it anyway tho! Be sure and give it a couple of days tryout to get used to it if you've never used a bidet...there are a few tricks to learn to use it properly!

The problem it has is that it sprays up your back when you shut it off. It should shut off a bit sooner, you have to sit back to minimize it. It does not do it when I swing it on. I love that where it connects to the back of the toilet seat is just on one side and is easy to clean around. The warm water and spray is just perfect and better than others we have tried. (We got the electric heater with it)

I love my Biffys and I have purchased 3 of them. The end fell off of one of them, which makes water continue to spray out of it. I have contacted the company in hopes that I can get a new part. I hope the customer service is as good as theie products!

I LOVE THE FEELING OF BEING CLEAN.THEIR IS ALWAYS RESADUE AFTER WIPPING.ONLY FLUSHING WITH WATER ARE U CLEAN.I WOULD WASH WITH A SOAPY WASH CLOTH.IAM GOING TO ORDER THE AMBEIANT WATER SYSTEM.LIKE WARMER WATER.THINK IT CLEAN EVEN BETTER VERY HAPPY WITH BIFFY

As the toilet designs in Australia are slightly different to the USA, the device does not hide under the toilet seat rim as shown in the videos. Apart from that, the device works very well. Highly recommended.

About 8 months ago, I bought one of these for my bathroom to try it out. I like it and my husband uses it daily! I finally decided to buy one for him, to keep him out of my bathroom!! So I bought another 1 today Jan 2015. I should have bought him one for Christmas....LOL
