I have purchased many a Biffy for multiple homes. Also for friends and family. I would say this is the greatest invention ever made and so happy that a friend turned me on to your company. To me, it is like a mini shower, use the toilet, rinse off, towel dry and good to go...Fresh as a daisy. Thank You Very Much...

After using biffy for years, finally figured out how to use these bumpers better. The old ones were hard to get the glue to hold. These new soft ones are very nice except they tear easily. Thank you for the free shipping. I ordered 4 sets. I have multiple biffys.

I was delighted to find that the Biffy warmer has water connections exactly the same as the GenieBidet which I had already installed, and they even provided a hose for the inlet side. So all I had to do was reconnect the hose from my bidet to the top of the warmer and connect the hose provided from the bottom of the warmer to the T under the toilet tank, and then plug in the AC adapter. My only reservation might be that the warmer heater is very low power -- only about 20 Watts, so it takes about an hour to fully re-heat the water in the tank after a 30 second wash. No problem for occasional use by my wife and I but it might not keep up with a family using the bidet many times a day.

Ok I will admit I was hesitant at first due to some things that was solved by the Biffy company. Now that my Biffy is installed and the water has warmed up. (used it once before it warmed up and it woke me up really quick) I think this is going to be the right thing for the issues I have being an anal cancer survivor with issues. So convenient and does a wonderful job of getting you clean much better than wipes. I have two more bathrooms in the house and I will probably be outfitting them with Biffys as well. I want to next try the attached one for my private bathroom to see how that one works for my problems. I am now in search of a good holder for the hand held part so that it will be at a better location. my bathroom is tight so I am now putting it back on the warmer but it is back in the corner and sometimes hard to get hold of to use. Other than that I am very happy with my Biffy.

We acquired our first attached bodet from a home improvement store about ten years ago. It had to be replaced once during that time. They were primitive affairs. Recently we moved to a new home and missed our bodet. Looking online for bodets, hoping to find an improvement over what we had had, I came across the Biffy website. It sounded good to me, ordered a chrome one, and waited impatiently for it to arrive. It turned out to be beautiful and very easy to install. I was expecting to have to make and attach my oun spacers to raise the toilet seat like I had done before, but I had ordered those things along with the Biffy and it made the installation a snap. Now, how well will it work? Turned out to be 100% better than what we had been used to. It exceeded all expectations. Thank you American Biffy Company designing such a good piece of equipment.

I ordered a connection between my Buffy ambient warmer and the toilet inlet. The connector is the wrong size for the Biffy. How can you sell a fitting that does not work with product you manufacture

I see a lot of peaple writting in their coments, I love it but I dammaged it and had to replace it so my question is: does it get damage easily?

This is a good item for every household. It keeps your bottom clean, helps with hemorrhoids, and VERY nice to have when you have to prepare for a colonoscopy. If you have never tried a bidet, you will like how clean you feel after you have done your business. I recommend this to everyone.

This is the third biffy attachment that I have bought! The first two were installed @ my house. This one will be installed at my Mom's house. The guest bathroom is going to LOVE IT! My bottom is feeling sooo much better since I started using BIFFY! This is a great product from a great American company!!!

I have now purchased 2 Biffy Bidet's for my house. My bottom feels so much the better for it. Sometimes life's little accidents really leave a person chaffing. One may laugh at the phrase "that just chaps my a--", but thanks to Biffy that is no longer a problem. Amazing what a fount of water can do. Another plus, is finding out with the Biffy, one can cut down on tp waste. My hat is off to Biffy, thanks for creating a wonderful product!
