The pants are very comfortable and the service is excellent, providing information about the postage and arriving asap. However the sizing is larger than I expected.

Shipping was reasonably quick, customer service can be a bit hit and miss, but when you do get in communication, they sort out any issues.

I have bought various sheets and sets from Bhumi, and been very satisfied in the past. My recent purchase though, took a long time to be delivered, and then only one flat sheet was delivered and I had ordered and paid for 2. I emailed and queried this delivery, and disappointingly this has not been rectified. This has soured my good feelings about the company, and I will not be ordering any futher purchases.
