The experience overall was great. I love the customer service, I needed to swap the leggings as I got a size too big and needed to swap them for a different size, the return was very easy and did not have to pay for shipping.

Bhumi, what a wonderful organic cotton product. All products are of a high standard, never a problem with exchange. I react to so many products that claim to be organic but never Bhumi. Check them out and it is great when they have sales to stock up on extras.

I LOVE this company! I have purchased many things over the years and never been disappointed with any of my purchases. I'm very fussy and never buy anything that can't be washed or placed in the dryer. I love to change my sheets and doona covers over weekly and have never had a problem with washing and putting everything in dryer. (This may go against garments care instructions but I throw everything in dryer and have been happy with how they come out) The list of things I have and have been happy with. Mattress protectors Sheet sets Doona Waffle blanket (my favourite purchase so far, even my sister ordered after seeing mine. ) I also love that everything comes in its own storage bag with a tag labelling what the item is. Only feedback I have is I dislike wooden buttons and would prefer zips on doona covers.

I had an excellent experience with Bhumi, as I mistakenly made the order for fitted bedsheet of wrong size and they were happy to exchange the size. I was needed to change tshirt size changed as well. They did all that without any questions and no extra charges for shipping. Thank you.
