Great company

Unhappy with the customer service and product. Order arrived late and wasn't shipped after 12 days of placing. Only found out because I investigated. Than leggings arrived with a hole in the seam, I tried to get a refund but was only offered store credit or exchange but product wasn't available anymore. Throughout his the communication could have been handled way better. Quite disappointed, really wanted to like this brand. But certainly won't buy again or recommend.

Amazing quality and really great customer service. Some items took longer than others as can happen with slow fashion and ethical brands, but not only did they email updates they even called me. Absolutely love everything I have bought from them.

Great quality, tight weave, silky sheen and love the wooden buttons! Glad I spent the extra money for something like this.

Perfection with customer service & aiming to please.

Absoutely aweful experience waiting over 6 weeks for our order.

I absolutely love Bhumi! I have been purchasing from this company for the last two years and have slowly changed so many things in my wardrobe and home to more natural fabrics — bedding, pants, shirts, leggings and more. I genuinely love the quality and comfort of their products. As a natural health practitioner, natural fabrics are also something I regularly talk about with my clients, and I recommend Bhumi to many of my clients and friends. So happy to have found this company and definitely recommend them! ❤️

Bhumi have amazing products but their customer service with my last order was the worst I’ve ever experienced. The only time I had any update on my order was when I made contact. Initially told 1-3 day dispatch. Took well over 6 weeks to dispatch and then days to deliver. No real apology and clearly any response was AI. Won’t ever deal with them again despite having done so in the past and receiving fabulous service. Seems they have really dropped the ball lately!

Waited seven weeks. Unacceptable.

I absolutely love how comfortable these are! I really like both the leggings and the top. The material is soft and gentle on my skin, and I’m so happy with my purchase. Definitely glad I bought them!

I love the quality of your clothing but unfortunately the fit in some of the items are really disappointing. I recently ordered a pair of leggings and bra. The leggings are so tight around the calf area I struggle to get them over (even after a few wears) and the upper waist area has lost its elasticity leaving them ill fitting and uncomfortable. The leggings are also thin and offer no coverage when at the gym. The bra fits well but has poor bust coverage, even though I choose correct sizing. I am greatly disappointed by these items and hope I won’t have issues with any further pieces.

Unfortunately I ordered Medium leggings and bras and they are too tight. Is it possible to return them and get them replaced with Large? I only tried on the tortoiseshell leggings so would return all three pairs, however I wore one of the bras for a day to try it out, so would only return two of the bras). Otherwise, I loved quality and the feel of the fabric. Thanks. 🙏

Bhumi was recommended by my SIL, love the products, however I’ve ordered twice and shipping is always delayed unfortunately. First time it was for a made to order product which I understand (6 weeks to arrive, slightly longer than expected) and the second time the orders were split, first half arrived within a week, with no update on ETA of rest of the order (arrived 4 weeks later). Would have love to give 5 stars but because of the consistent shipping experience I’m giving it 4 stars. I would still recommend to friends and family, noting, they don’t always have stock readily available so there may be a delay in receiving ordered goods in a timely manner.

Extremely long delivery time !

Great. Ordered two
