Shipping too slow

Outstanding customer service!!

Shipping went faster than expected, customer service was prompt and very helpful answering all questions I had and resolved my issue quickly. I love my new flannels, Thanks!

good customer service,. Dylan was very helpful and responsive

Excellent customer service. Solidly built product. Four stars means an above average product and I look forward to becoming better acquainted with Beyond Riders' wares.

easy peasy ordering

Dylan help navigate through some shipping difficulties. Excellent customer service.

To be honest, the shipping delay was over the top, but as I understand, the war in Iran disrupted this process, as the UAE was the resource for this product.

Not impressed

Great product I will be ordering more items.

Easy purchase

Nice heavy material, great quality, comfortable

Just typed a review not doing it again

Got shirts in that are a size to big and sent back to exchange. After sending back and notified that they have been received and that the new sizes have been processed to ship all I have is a tracking number that just says lable printed and its been over a month. Have received multiple emails to review a product i haven't received yet alone actually tried out so if thats what they really want hear it is. Stay away from this company and find one that is hopefully a more reputable business.

shipped fast

Fits well, good quality a little heavy for a Texas summer.

Sizing was right on, comfortable fit. Quality material and stitching make a good look, responded to my inquiries right away, I will be a repeat customer

Great pants !!

Quality product, runs small, slow shipping compared to other shipping.

Never received order
